Tempe Steak Tomato Sauce Recipe Special
Ingredient :
- 250 grams tempeh, steamed, mashed
- Chicken eggs 2 eggs, 1 egg beaten off to bandage
- 3 cloves garlic, mashed
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder 1 tsp
- 250 grams of flour panir
- salt to taste
- Cooking oil to taste
ketchup:
- 1 red tomato fruit, puree
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dilute with water
- Onions 1/4 fruit, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Water 200 ml
- Cooking oil 2 tbsp
- Granulated sugar 1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
- 1 red tomato fruit, puree
- 4 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dilute with water
- Onions 1/4 fruit, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Water 200 ml
- Cooking oil 2 tbsp
- Granulated sugar 1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
How to make :
- Mix the tempeh, 1 egg, garlic, pepper, nutmeg and salt and stir well.
- Prepare a baking sheet box, rub with oil. Pour batter tempeh, smooth.
- Steam the dough for 30 minutes or until cooked, remove and let cool.
- Cut according to taste, dip in beaten egg and then dredge in flour panir.
- Fry until cooked and golden color, remove from heat.
make the ketchup:
- Heat oil, saute onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Enter delicate tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt and water. Thicken with corn meal, and cook until boiling, remove from heat.
- Serve steak with tomato sauce tempeh. Steak can be served with boiled vegetables and complement the fries / stew.
